We had an amazing time on Monday celebrating European Languages Day. We focused on Italy and had great fun discovering so many new things. We made delicious pizzas and became inventors like Leonardo Di Vinci. We learnt some key Italian phrases and how to count in Italian. We designed promotional posters to encourage everyone to visit Italy and we even redesigned the Italian football kit! Have a look at us in action below!

The Librarians are available from 7.30 to check out books Mr McFarlane was really impressed to see the commitment from Yr3 on the Plank Challenge whilst he was visiting the classes. Keep trying hard with the challenge, you have the rest of September to complete it and remember to get the sheet in the back of your Planner signed.
This week all Year 3 children will visit the Science Lab for their Science lesson. during the lesson they will learn all about teeth and will use dental mirrors to have a look at the different types of teeth. Why not ask them about the difference between and incisor and a canine or what their molars do? Enjoy the photos. We had great fun on Roman Big Bang Day. There were 5 different activities to give us an insight into the topic.
Enjoy the photos. |
