Dear Parents, We are very pleased to announce the Year 3 Book Exchange, a new way for your children to find a great book to read, to recycle books they've finished with and to encourage reading for pleasure. The Year 3 Book Exchange will be open for children to swap a book they've read for a new-to-them book. Once read, they will return the book and chose another. We will be launching this initiative the celebrate World Book Day 2017. All your child needs to do is bring a book that they are willing to swap to school on or before Thursday 2nd March. Donated books must be in reasonable condition (lightly used second hand books are ideal). Donated books should be appropriate for Year 3 children. They can be picture books, chapter books, fiction or non-fiction, books children may read on their own, or books to be read aloud by an adult. Please note that no books written for adults or baby board books will be accepted. Exchanged books will not be returned so please make sure your child does not donate any book that they will want back. The Year 3 Book Exchange is all about supporting children in developing a love of reading for pleasure and we hope our Book Exchange will provide a small way of encouraging children to keep reading new books. We look forward to supporting your child develop a lifelong love of reading. Best regards Year 3 Team Today we say goodbye to our lovely TA Mrs Treloar. She will be missed but we will be able to see her around Abu Dhabi .Good luck in her new role.

At the end of the morning some of the Teachers took part in a three legged race. Have a look at them in action!
